The list of voices and their type found here Storyline 360: Converting Text to Speech seems to be out of date.
What voice type is Bella?

She's neither neural nor standard because she's not one of the old TTS voices. :)
Bella is a pre-made AI voice in Storyline; hopefully that helps!
