AICC completion error

You could try one of the following work arounds:

Switch to "Pass/Fail" Reporting
In your Storyline Publish Settings → LMS → Reporting, choose Passed/Failed instead of Pass/Incomplete.

This ensures the course only reports "Complete" when both completion and success are achieved

Just make sure your LMS supports that status option for AICC.

2. Add a “Complete Course” Trigger
On your quiz result slide, add a trigger:

When timeline starts on the Result Slide, Condition: QuizPassed = True, Action: Complete Course (or Submit Results).

This forces the LMS to mark the course complete only after passing and might enforce "incomplete" otherwise 

3. Use SCORM Instead of AICC
Since SCORM 1.2 avoids these limitations, republishing with SCORM 1.2 or 2004 will give you correct reporting in your LMS
