All courses are failing to Publish

Is there a platform problem? Every course is failing to publish to LMS, Web or Review. These are all existing courses that I've updated.

I've even tried creating a brand new course and that's failing

I've got a deadline today and 20 courses that need publishing to a client LMS

Help!

    Rise 360 is loading normally again, and you can now publish courses without issues. Our engineering team is closely monitoring the situation to make sure everything is running smoothly.

    Every time I try to publish a Rise course to a SCORM file (any type of SCORM file) I get the error message 

    Something went wrong

    There was an error publishing your course. Please try again

      Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that you've run into this error message! I was unable to replicate this behavior on my end.

      I have a few questions to help better understand your setup: 

      • When did you first experience this behavior? Were there any changes to your network or any security settings since your last successful publish?
      • What browser are you currently using? I'm curious if you experience the same behavior on a different browser.

       

      If you're still unable to publish, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your setup within a support case.

        I'm using Chrome browser. Nothing else has changed with my network or settings.
