ANDI screen reader tool not seeing headings and other accessibility issues

While NVDA recognizes headings, ANDI is not detecting the headings in Rise. We checked the code and Rise has css classes instead. I'm worried that using Rise 360 for a federal project will not pass a 508 review and there won't be a way to remedy such issues. I'm inclined to use Storyline instead before attempting projects that need to be 508 compliant. Has anyone encountered this as an issue?

Also, on my Rise projects there is also some content in the lesson header row (appears to be associated with the thick line) listed in css-- ::before and ::after --which is inaccessible to assistive technology. This had been flagged before by a an accessibility but since I know nothing about css, I'm not confident in a fix, but again if anyone knows what is going on and if it can be overcome.
