Android Devices Unable to Expand Videos in Rise Course
Does anyone know why or have a solution as to why on an Android mobile device, the expand icon to enlarge a video inside a Rise course is disabled when it works as intended in an iOS mobile device?

I did a quick test with an embedded video in a Rise course on my Android device, and was able to expand and view a video full-screen.
I used a Pixel 4 and Android 11.
Do you have any idea why an Android device wouldn't allow this function?

Thanks for reaching out! As Karl has shared, since there are so many different Android devices and software builds, it's harder to narrow down what the cause may be.
Could you please share the make, model, and Android version by opening up a case privately with us?

Difficult to pin it down, because there are so many different versions of Android, and also various hardware manufacturers.
Apple on the other hand, both the hardware on iOS is completely locked down.
