Angular/ Arc animation
Is there a way to animate an object moving around a fixed point? The fulcrum may be external or it may be within the object. Is there a way to rotate an object by a certain number of degrees?

You can move an object around a fixed point (or another object), by using a circular motion path:
If you orient the shape to the path, under Path Options, you can also rotate it:
