Animation in Storyline through the Morph Transition
Some time ago, PowerPoint came out with a transition called Morph that literally morphs shapes, colors, strokes, graphics, etc. from one slide to the next. In other words, if you build a design on one slide, duplicate the slide, and make changes to the shapes on the second slide, the Morph transition will smoothly deform the shapes from the first slide to the next.
This transition is POWERFUL for animation. I feel that small animations of this kind are especially important for a product like Storyline. In a sense, the ability to build animations is one of the key features that I feel is missing from Storyline. If Articulate would consider adding the Morph transition to Storyline, it would allow users to animate the graphics on the screen with triggers, and I believe that would open up new worlds of possibility with Storyline.
Is this something you all would consider adding to Storyline?

11 pages of comments requesting this feature should say something about the need. I have been using Articulate since it was first on the market and I love it. The only thing that really frustrates me is that the animations dont have easing and having a morph feature would be a game changer. Even Canva has a morph feature now called magic move. The animation features in social media apps are far surpassing Articulate’s animation capabilities. Its getting hard to explain to clients why the animations in Storyline projects look primitive in comparison. Please up your game with better animation features.

I guess this is just one more really useful, well supported and much needed feature request that Articulate have ignored for many years and will ignore for many years to come...
Just like the beyond absurd fact that you still can't adjust tabs in a text frame.
Come on Articulate! These are basic requests. You should be paying more attention to your customers!This post ws started 6 years ago! What is the progress on the morph transition please? It would be a game changer for animation an is much needed, thank you.

Articulate CEO talked a lot about transparancy. But the Feature List and whether things like this ever make it to that list or not and why not are still very obscure and intransparant ! Reading that Storyline 360 64-bit will be backwards compatible with the old 32-bits Storyline makes me think.... mmm... just making it compatible with 64-bit...nothing more...
Math, they don't care about this product. I follow Articulate and their CEO on social and this has become abundantly clear from the nature of posts.
I can't believe after 5 years storyline still hasn't incorporated the MORPH transition! Is there an update as to when we might see this?
