Anonymous Data Collection

I searched to see if there has been answers to this already and I couldn't find anything, so I am sorry if I missed it. I am very new to all of the articulate products and working on my first e-learn.

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to get data from a web published course that is not tied to an LMS? Honestly, any sort of data, clicks, number of course completions, completion by chapter or lesson. I am just looking for basic numbers and don't want it tied to user personal data.

Along the same lines, is there a way for me to see quiz data that isn't tied to a specific user. Just generalized attempt numbers and right/wrong numbers by question?

One reason for wanting this is to avoid collecting k-12 student data but still wanting to know if/how much the course is being used.
