Another RISE coding error in translations
Hi there are certain buttons that are not coded within Rise to accept the labels when a course is translated.
SUBMIT button (multiple choice quiz - block within a lesson) not coded in RISE so never translates and is left in English (looks very unprofessional in a translated course)
START button (Process > Step Order - Block) not coded in RISE so never translates and is left in English (looks very unprofessional in a translated course)
Happy for you to send the attached to the developers but please can this be addressed. It is getting super tiresome having to explain to clients that RISE does not function as it is supposed to over and over again.
Thanks
Nick
Hi there, Nick! Those labels are included separately in the labels tab of your course settings. You can use one of our already translated label sets or import your own translated labels from XLIFF. Here are more details about that! Let me know if that isn't working as expected.

Hi Crystal,
I am fully aware of the labels that included that "SHOULD" populate those buttons. Generally it does populate those buttons BUT NOT THE TWO i HAVE RAISED THE QUERY ON.
Those 2 buttons in those particualar blocks are not coded so as to link into the label set or they would populate.
It should be a low hanging fix

Just to add to this whatever code is used for the SUBMIT button to display the correct wording from the label set already exists as when creating a quiz lesson it is correct. See attached. This is just a glitch in the coding of that particular block that clients are always raising with us.
