Anyone having this 508 issue with the scrolling panel in Storyline?

I haven't run into that exact phrasing, but "left right" is JAWS describing the panel's scrollable axes — it's telling you the region can scroll horizontally and vertically. First thing I'd check: does the panel actually need horizontal scrolling? If your content fits the panel width, JAWS seeing a horizontal axis it can't use is a strong hint something's off in how the panel is exposing itself.

Either way, give the scrolling panel a meaningful accessible name so it announces something useful instead of just the axes, and arrow through the content to confirm it reads in the right order. If it's still just "left right" after that, I'd open a support case — that's the fastest way to find out if it's a known issue, and Articulate usually confirms quickly.
