App keeps saying I'm offline
What is up with the Articulate App not allowing me to insert into my story because it's telling me I'm offline. I'm not offline. I am connected to internet, and this happens all the time. All update...

Why would the endpoints be different for me as part of the larger corporate group? I don't understand that. It works for others in my direct work group. I can initially load it up and login each day, but once I publish or otherwise get out of the story I'm working on, I get the connection error. So, unless I restart my computer, I can't use it. It's very odd. I'm going to uninstall and reinstall hoping this might solve the issue. I'm just frustrated that I'm the only one in my work group having this problem. lol
