Arabic captions won't display right to left

I've been localizing a course from English to Arabic, and I've come across a problem regarding the captions. I can't seem to have the captions display right to left, so the Arabic captions always display incorrectly. I did find a fix here:

It works, but its not a great solution, since I have manually alter the published file. Does anyone know how to convert the captions to right to left in Articulate? Or have a workable solution to have the Arabic display correctly?

    We do offer right-to-left language support in Storyline: Can you take a look at this article on how to enable it for your course and let me know if that will work in your design?

    The link you reference says nothing about closed captions.
