Arabic language not supported in notes section on Articulate presenter

We have created an Arabic project in Articulate Studio 13. Everything's working fine, except in the notes section, content converted into right to left but in preview and publish its show...

Please attach to the Arabic package file.
Errors are:
01. Arabic content aligns to left in Engage slides, notes section
02. Bullet points overlapping on the content
