Arrows and Lines Won't Display
In Storyline 360 I have some arrows and lines on my slide, but when I preview or publish they disappear. I created a short recording in Replay to show what's happening. Any ideas with this? No matter what I do, I can't get my arrows to appear when I put them straight.

Same here. Only arrows with either width or height = 0 disappear. Already reported to Articulate support. This issue does not appear on SL360 version 3.16.

Same here with updated version of SL360.

Just got reply from Articulate support. They are working on the issue. Here is how to install previous version:
1) Open your Articulate 360 desktop app by clicking the icon in your computer’s system tray (by the clock) or using the shortcut on your desktop.
2) Hover over Storyline, click the drop-down arrow that appears, and choose the uninstall option.
3) Download and install the previous version here: https://download.articulate.com/360/360.16/Articulate.Storyline.3.16.15842.0.msi
4) To open Storyline, go to your computer’s Start menu and select it from your list of apps. Or, create a shortcut for it on your desktop or taskbar. (You won’t be able to open it from your Articulate 360 desktop app. It’ll show an Update button rather than an Open button while this older version is installed.)

Yes that works well, also got that from support!
Hi all,
I'm truly sorry for the issues you've run into with Update 17. This is not the type of experience we'd ever want you to have.
I know that a number of folks have been able to roll back while our team works on the fix for these issues and continue working on their files, so I appreciate you sharing those directions here, Ivan. I removed them from another post of yours earlier today, but based on the severity of the issue for you all, I've confirmed with our team that we can share those steps and download links publicly.
We'll be in touch as soon as we have a fix in place for the issues you've run into, and if you'd like to work one-on-one with our Support Engineers to confirm the issue please let me know. I'm happy to start a case for you and connect you with our team.

Thanks for the quick responses everyone. Although the issue is frustrating, the support and answers from the Articulate community is always great. It's part of what makes it a great product. Thanks!

I wondered why my new arrows would not show up in the preview. Update should improve the program and not go backwards. A bit of frustration here, I must say!
The arrows that I created before the update and that I copy and use in new slides work fine.
The problem I have is only with new arrows.

Thanks Ivan
Yes the previous version works well.
Still frustrated but very happy to find a solution.
Very good tip!

Okay, I just updated to Storyline 3.17.16168.0. The issue seems to be resolved - all arrows are in place.
Hi all,
Yes, as Ivan shared we released a fix late on Friday for the issues encountered in this discussion and a few others. You'll find the Storyline release notes are updated and you can download the latest update from the Articulate 360 Desktop application.
Let us know if you need anything else!

I was relieved to find this thread and quickly upgraded. My arrows now work OK. I now have a problem that many of my text boxes are blurry when I preview the module. Has anyone else experienced this? I have attached an example. It seems to be OK when published but I haven't tested extensively yet. You'll see the text in the click Next instruction is good and the main text is blurry.
