Articulate 360 - An error occurred while backing up... Storyline 360 will retry the process...
Hi heroes,
I'm working on a project for which I checked "Upload the project file to Review 360" but it doesn't upload it.
It's been quite a while now since I started getting dozens of Windows notifications per day that the process to back up my project started, and then getting another notification immediately after saying that an error occurred and that Storyline 360 will retry the process shortly.
Getting this many notifications per day is very annoying, but most importantly, I can't upload backups of my project to Review 360. Any thoughts?

This kind of issue can sometimes be related to your network setup or how the project is being saved. Here are a few things you can try:
- Please make sure your network allows access to all the required services listed here: Articulate 360 Network Endpoints
- Save and publish your Storyline project on your local hard drive. This will help prevent errors and keep things running smoothly.
