Articulate 360 - Error while Installing - 80070002

I downloaded Articulate 360 trial version from this link - https://360.articulate.com/
While installing Articulate 360, we are getting the error 'The file could not be found. This may happen...
I have also faced the same issue. I have downloaded the free version of 360 and try to install in windows 7. Can anyone suggest any resolution?
