Articulate 360 VERY VERY SLOW
I seem to have an issue with storyline 360. Working on a storyfile which is approximately 14 MB. It contains 34 slides, with rather High res images, but no video or other heavy stuff. Yet moving...
Any chance that you are using the soft edges effect around the images? Sometimes that can really slow things down on a slide. Known issue that Articulate was working on at one time.
I had a slide in an old course prototype with 16 images on it with soft edges. Slide was very slow. Click on an image and it took 3-7 seconds before the image even got focus.
Remove all the soft edges from the images--instant speedup.
Just wanted to say thank you for this solution (from 4 years ago)! I was having this same issue and it was driving me crazy. One slide was painfully slow and it turns out I have shadows on the shapes that contained my images. Removed my shadows as you suggested and it's lightning fast again.... thank you!
