I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue when trying to install Storyline 3. Please try the following steps:

  1. Stop that current process with Task Manager and reboot your machine.
  2. Download another version of the installation file here.  You might want to consider getting the .zip version.
  3. Once that new file is saved locally to your machine, please right click it and choose to Run as Administrator.
