Articulate freezes whenever I try to access the Content Library tab.
Hello everyone,
I’m currently using a trial of Articulate 360 on my Mac, which I activated on November 12th. Everything worked perfectly for the first three days.
However, when I opened Articulate today and tried to access the Content Library tab, the program froze. I’ve restarted and shut down my laptop multiple times, but the issue persists. Every time I click on the Content Library tab, it freezes again.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
