I'm happy to jump in here and help!
I took a look at Jenell's support case, and we weren't able to replicate the issue. It seemed to be related to how Articulate 360 was installed on their computer. Here are a few steps we recommended:
- Edit and save your course on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption or an inability to save changes
- Ensure your using the most up to date version of Storyline. We're currently on Build 3.101.34961.0
- Try importing your slides into a new Storyline file. This will clear out any broken formatting, unused slide master templates, and player settings.
- File > Import > Storyline. Then, import your course to the new file.
If this is happening across multiple files, I suggest trying a Storyline repair. If that doesn't do the trick, please share your file here or with our Support Engineers to see if we can replicate the issue!
