Hi Jane,
I'm sorry you're SMEs are having difficulty leaving comments, and thanks for checking out the earlier videos and examples shared.
Our team can help delete any Articulate IDs that need to be removed, and I'd ask that you have those individuals email our team at Support@articulate.com or start a case here. We'll need that email to come from the individual to confirm that we can delete it.
It's also important to keep in mind that there are two options for where a user may have to enter a password.
- The first is if you enable a password for the entire course. That prompt would appear when a user accesses your Share link and the password would be the same for all users.
- The second option would be if an individual already has an Articulate ID, they'll be prompted to log in if trying to comment with that email address. If they were to use a different email address and you were Allowing users without an Articulate ID to comment, then they'd just be able to enter in their email address and proceed.
