Articulate Review: Passwords Being Required
Hi Siesonn,
It sounds like you checked the Allowing users without an Articulate ID setting in Review 360, but your SMEs are seeing a prompt to enter their email and password. Is that right?
By default, reviewers can add comments to Review 360 projects without an Articulate ID. They’ll just be prompted to enter their email address to post comments so they can receive notifications for replies. However, if their email address is tied to an Articulate ID and if they aren’t already signed in, they’ll be prompted to enter their password. Check out this video to hopefully clear things up!
Yes:
* There is no password set for the course
* It's marked to allow users w/o Articulate IDs to comment
I purposely asked someone who has ever accessed Articulate before and she had the same issue. It is still prompting them for a password after they enter their email address. As you can imagine, they don't want to have to set up an account and it's resulting in a bit of confusion on ow to review the content.

Same here! Made sure the box is checked and NO password is set. Every time a SME attempts to access the review link, they're prompted to create an ID.
