Articulate Review Quiz Problem!

By resetting the radio button states to 'Normal,' you allow the user to reanswer all questions repeatedly. It's worth noting that the quiz interaction doesn't need any manual changes to the answer choices or other elements, as Storyline manages them automatically. 

This trigger is also causing the issue.

I suggest removing all triggers that reset the answer choices to 'Normal' and the trigger that jumps to the beginning of the timeline when the timeline starts on each question slide. I also recommend removing any triggers associated with unassigned objects, as well as those that are not essential for this interaction.

Lastly, one more thing regarding the Submit button: Since it is a custom button, it’s likely that it will remain clickable in Review mode and should be covered. My advice is to activate the Review layer and place a 99% transparent shape or a background color shape over the spot where the Submit button appears on the base layer. To activate the Review layer, simply type 'Review' or something similar into the marked field in Form view.

Once everything is done as suggested above, your interaction should work as expected.
