Articulate Review Requiring Sign In To Comment

I loaded a course to Review and checked the box to allow comments without signing in. My SME tried accessing this morning and she is unable to comment, it keeps asking for her to sign in. I've changed the settings back and forth and even added a password. Nothing is making it change. I haven't had this problem in the past. Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

Yes, Ric -- however it was handled behind the scenes for me (and I don't remember how). I suggest reaching out to Leslie (message above mine.)

I am having this issue if I place the hyperlink in a PowerPoint presentation.  If I add the link to our digital workplace, it works fine.  Any thoughts?

  • My SME reviewed one course. They do not have an Articulate account. They created a login and password when prompted. I sent them a new Review Link. Now they cannot remember their login and password. Can you help me?

  • Hi Michael!

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I've gone ahead and opened a support case on your behalf. One of our talent Support Engineers will be in touch shortly. Thanks so much for your patience!

We'll continue the conversation over in your support case. Have a great start to your day! ☀️

I see that you’ve reached out to our Support Engineers and are working with my teammate, Chinmay. You’re in great hands! We’ll continue the conversation in your support case.

  • I'm having a similar issue where anyone who has previously had an Articulate account is being asked to log in, even though the box for allowing individuals without an account to comment.
