Thanks for explaining what happened when your staff tried to start the microlearning. I can see how an arrow that doesn’t look clickable could leave learners unsure where to begin.
Rise 360 doesn’t currently offer a built-in option to replace the microlearning cover-page arrow with a custom button or add a text label beside it. One option that may help is Hide Cover Page, which is available when publishing your microlearning for an LMS or the web. This lets you skip the opening cover page and its arrow.
