Articulate Rise - embed video not working
Hi PeterMlot,
Thanks for reaching out about this!
The first step is to confirm that the URL is publicly accessible, which is sounds like you've done. It's possible the website has updated its privacy settings or added new restrictions, which is blocking the direct embed.
In addition to adding the URL as a hyperlink in your text, you could also embed the link using an iFrame. You can learn more about embedding web content in Rise 360 here, and please let me know if you have any questions!
Now I am having the same issue. I'm trying to link to an internal Sharepoint. The urls work fine in a button block but not in the embed block, either with or without the iframe tag.

Hello tjniko,
Thanks for following up! As my colleague Kelly mentioned, it’s good to double-check that your internal SharePoint link allows external embedding. Even if it was public, updated privacy settings or new restrictions could block the embedding. I recommend contacting your SharePoint admin to confirm.
Please let us know if you have any other questions!

I’m having a similar issue. I have imported a video to which I added subtitles and chapters from STREAM to Rise with an embed link. The video and subtitles work fine and are accessible but the chapters disappeared. I keep on generating them on RISE but it does not work. What to do please?

Hello glad! Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like the chapters are the only functionality that isn't carrying over. If I remember correctly, chapters are associated with the Player, so they don't get embedded.
As a workaround, you could try exporting the Stream video to mp4 so that you can import it into your Rise 360 course? I'd be interested to know if that helps the chapters remain.
