You should be able to access the videos by publishing the course.
Try publishing the course and choose Web output. Save the course to your local hard drive. Unzip the course and look in the assets folder inside the content folder. You may find your videos here, or in subsequent subfolders.

One additional tip worth mentioning for anyone who originally sourced their Rise video content from social media platforms like Instagram.
