Articulate Rise body font type "72 Brand" is not rendering as it is. This showsas Times New Roman
Hi SibaPrasadPadhi,
Thanks for reaching out!
- Could you share a bit more of the specific 72 Brand font type you are using? If I am looking at the same font you are utilizing, I see that the options are 72 Monospaced, 72 Semi Bold, and 72 Semi Bold Duplex.
- Are there any requirements needed to properly display 72 font? Or are they font files that need to be installed on a computer?
- What publishing option are you currently using? Do you notice any difference in how the 72 Brand font displays if you select another publishing output?
We'd be happy to examine your font files privately within a support case to see if we are experiencing the same behavior.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
72 Brand font type is the SAP brand fonts and we need to use this for any content delivery across SAP and also to external.

Hi SibaPrasadPadhi!
Glad to see Luciana has been helping you!
I tested the behavior on my end, but was unable to replicate the same issue. I uploaded a '72 Brand' font (72black, specifically) to a sample Rise 360 course, published it for LMS (SCORM 2004), then tested the output in SCORM Cloud.
As we can see, the 72 Brand font remained the same in an LMS test environment, and did not convert to Times New Roman. I suggest connecting with your LMS admin, to see if something within the SuccessFactors environment is causing this disruption.
Hope this helps!

Steven, that's definitely not 72 Brand in your screenshot. Here's a sample of 72 Brand, notice the lowercase "L" it looks like your course is loading Lato. Hope this helps.

Hi PhilFoss,
Thank you for sharing this screenshot with us! We appreciate you sharing what you are experiencing when using 72 Brand.
I want to confirm that our team is currently tracking a bug where custom font names that begin with a numerical character won't upload properly. As a workaround, folks can rename the custom font so that it starts with a letter and not a number value.
We'll be sure to update this thread in the future so that all are in the loop.

Hello SibaPrasadPadhi,
I wanted to follow up with you regarding your Rise 360 course and utilizing 72 Brand font.
Our team is currently tracking a bug where custom font names that begin with a numerical character will not upload properly. We'll be sure to update this discussion in the future on a fix.
As a workaround, you can rename the custom font so that it starts with a letter and not a number value. You should see the font display correctly after modifying the Custom Font title.
I hope this helps!
