not sure where you get that version + update # but here is the link to SL1 latest version which should allow you to open modules built in any version/update of SL1

You'll want to connect with our support team as Wendy mentioned, as the previous updates are not publicly accessible as we'd want folks using the latest update which would include a number of bub fixes and other updates. If there is something that is not working in the current update 7 our team will be able to confirm that and then provide you access to an earlier update where it was working to allow you to continue your project.

Hi Ashley

Having an issue with a big project for a client. Storyline 2 stopped working and disappeared. So decided to install a later version. This messed up the screen size and all the variables are now gone.

Thinking I need to try opening with versions updates 4,5,6, and 7 to test and see if they get restored. 

There's no other way around this. 

Can't find any previous versions anywhere. 

Please help.

how i can download storyline 360 june 2020 version?.i have old SL file to localizelation english to arabic but there is so many problum is visible. But language problem is coming in it. is not coming to the right place.
