Articulate 360 includes Storyline 360, and you can install this to create your interactive courses.

Articulate 360: Using the Desktop-Authoring Apps

Storyline 3 is a different version and is not included with your subscription. You can see how Storyline 360 stacks up against Storyline 3 in this comparison chart.
