Articulate Storyline Quiz to Score in LMS

Hi All,

I have built a graded test quiz in Articulate storyline 360 and exported it as a SCROM file into my company's LMS. The content works perfectly however, no learner quiz grade is not recorded in the LMS data, it just says complete or not completed. In the articulate content is does show the score in the results slide once the user has completed.

When publishing from Articulate storyline 360, I have set the LMS tracking to 'When the learner completes a quiz', though still no luck. 

I have uploaded the file into SCROM cloud platform to test if the triggers are actually sending score data. It has comeback showing it is working.

After reaching out to my company's LMS provider, they believe it is on the Articulate side as the LMS is looking for the data but cant see any triggers. 

HELP! I'm lost on what to do next.

    Thank you for sharing your published project and the screenshot! 

    Since you tested it successfully with SCORM Cloud, the issue is unlikely with the .story file. I recommend reaching out again to the LMS to ask for troubleshooting and information on their preferred tracking and reporting options.

    If you can share the name of the LMS, other community members might be able to give you specific suggestions.
