Articulate wont Install

I have downloaded articulate-360.exe however when I click to install this (even if I run as administrator) nothing happens, I dont get any errors or warnings just nothing happens.

I have tried updating Visual C++, disabling AV and firewall and have tried logging in with an administrator account yet the same issue shows.

Using a 64 bit windows 10 laptop that is up to date.

Anyone else seen this isse?
