Assessment Data in an LMS Report - Unique ID for each Question

Hello.

I've seen this question in this community but most threads are years old.

I created an assessment which includes:

A total of 8 Question Banks - 10 questions per bank for a total of 80 questions

A final Results slide that connects all question bank responses together for a Final Passing or Failed score. An end-user must receive 80% to pass this assessment.

The publish settings are:

SCORM 1.2 - Passing/Failed

When we run a report and if there are three True/False questions in one of  Question Banks, we are not able to determine which Question is which - because there is no unique Question ID for each question.

Is there a way to add a Question ID for each question - Either a built-in Storyline function or JavaScript that can be added in a trigger?
