Assessment is not moving to next block in Rise/ question banks taking long time to insert or not at all.
Hello
I am experiencing a couple of issues around assessments and question banks.
1. When adding a question bank to Rise, it take a long time and sometimes doesn't add, meaning the course says...
Just to further this along, I inserted a question bank into my module yesterday and today when checking the bank has disappeared, however the bank is still showing as inserted. See image below:
