Assessment is not moving to next block in Rise/ question banks taking long time to insert or not at all.

I am experiencing a couple of issues around assessments and question banks.
1. When adding a question bank to Rise, it take a long time and sometimes doesn't add, meaning the course says...

Sorry to hear that you ran into this nag.
I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:
- Have you tested the behavior in a different browser to see if doing so fixes the issue?
- How did you test your course? Did you publish to web, LMS, or Review 360?
- Do you have a lesson or any block placed after your quiz?
Alternatively, would you be willing to share a copy of your Rise 360 by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at the behavior your reported?
