Assessment Points vs % in LMS

How data is pulled/reported depends on the LMS.
When you say there is only an option for passing percentage, are you referring to the Passing Score setting on the Result Slide in Storyline? The UI uses percentage to set pass/fail, but I don't think this percentage is actually transmitted to the LMS. As far as I understand it, SCORM 2004 includes the raw score and whatever result status scheme you selected in publication settings.
