Assessment Using Video Timing

Hello, 

Is anyone aware of a way to insert a video into an assessment, where the correct/incorrect response is based on the participant's ability to select the appropriate frame/frames in the video? 

For example - "select the section in the video where the procedure is correctly demonstrated".
