Audio does not resume when user resumes course in LMS

Do you have it set to force resume? Also one last question at the beginning did you do anything to prevent the Play button from appearing?
It sounds like the Play button or resume dialogue is not appearing which mean that the audio will not play because it has not been instigated by the user
