Audio file plays in preview, but not in Review360 or the LMS via SCORM 1.2
Hi ToddDouglass-5c! This sounds frustrating! I'm so glad you've connected with my teammate, Enelluar, in a support case on this behavior. If you have any additional questions, you can continue to connect with him in your support case!
Hi - I am having a similar issue. When in Review, if I click the Feedback button to leave a comment, I still hear the audio. When I return to the slide, the audio is silent but the rest of the items like highlights of graphic changes are playing. If I replay the slide or go to another, the audio is fine. For me, it only seems to happen when Feedback is clicked. This was never an issue before. I have checked with several teammates and have gone back to course published several months ago and now it is everywhere.

Hi DKlugh,
Sorry to hear you and your team have been struggling with audio playback in Review 360.
I tested a sample Storyline project, published to Review 360 using Google Chrome. However, accessing the Feedback panel did not interrupt the audio from my Slide. Here's a quick screen recording of my testing!
Are you experiencing this behavior with all supported browsers, or is it local to one? Also, does this issue only occur with one specific .story file, or is it widespread across several? If it's just one course, we'd be happy to take a closer look. Feel free to upload a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

I am also having issues with text to speech Audio playback in Review 360. In mulitple of my dev files, the narration is there and plays smoothly in preview mode.
Problems arise when I export my Storyline files to Review 360. The voice overs are not playing automatically or with the precedding interactions. This is happing on multiple slide and in Chrome and Edge.

Hi HannahMontfo880,
Sorry to hear you've run into this setback when launching Storyline content in Review 360.
I'm not seeing the same behavior when testing a Storyline course, containing Text-to-Speech in Review 360. No worries! I'd like to connect you with our support engineers so they can help you troubleshoot this further.
You're in excellent hands with them, and they should be reaching out to you soon!

The audio should pause when you click Feedback and not continue playing like in your example or else, the timeline should continue as well when you click Feedback. Of note, if I switch to a new Tab, both the audio and timeline are in the paused location when I return and resume in sync.
I have seen the issue in both Crome and Edge, on different computers and across courses published months ago and those just recently published. It happens on several slides. When I click on Feedback, the audio keeps playing. When I close feedback, the timeline and audio are out of sync, the audio keeps going but the timeline is at the paused location, I can tell because graphics and shapes that should be coming up in time to the audio are happening without regard to the audio. We are in the middle of a 2yr development of a series of courses. Each new course is a copy of key slides with some new ones. I have tested slides that we have used in almost all of the courses. We have not seen this behavior until recently. The audio is not on the base layer.
