Audio issue-audio increasing around :16-:20 second when exported from SL as MP4

 I am having the same exact issue I noticed someone reported 11 months ago.   For five videos created in Storyline then exported to mp4 and then brought into Rise.  The audio sounds fine in SL but when exported the audio always increases around the :16-:20 second mark?  Did Articulate find a fix for this issue?  Thank you!

    Happy to help!

    The behavior might be isolated to a specific combination of factors in a Storyline 360 project that causes the audio volume to increase when added to a Rise 360 course. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can test the reported problem? We'll delete it when we're done!

      Hi Jose, the same issue was reported about 11 months ago on this site. see screenshot below.  The difference in my case is there IS an audio increase when brought into rise as and MP4.  You don't hear it on the Storyline file but only when exported.  I submitted a case with four of the Storyline files for review.  Thank you!

        Hi Kelly!  I am not sure why it says Kathryn (my bosses) name?  The email should have come from angelique.hallbovee@lhh.com.  Thank you so much for checking in on the issue I am having!
