Audio lag

Hi - 

I have published a storyline module to my company LMS and it is hosted here in the United States. Global learners in Asia  are experiencing audio delays where they say they lose the first few words of a slide and the audio tracks step on each other when navigating within the layers. Network test show there is latency. Has anyone dealt with this issue? Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I may fix this?

    I can understand how frustrating this could be. Are the users experiencing this issue able to connect to a different network? Is there a large audio file in the course that can be compressed? While I don't have experience with this personally, I'm interested to see if other community members can chime in!
