Audio not playing on page load
Hi Community Members,
I'm using Storyline 360 and text-to-speech for my audio with closed caption.
The audio starts on the 2nd page.
When I publish to web or LMS (SCORM file), the audio does not play automatically on page load. I have to click on the page for the audio to play. However, when I preview the entire project the audio plays normally.
Can anyone help me out with my problem?
I tried browsed through several discussions in the community but have not found the answer yet. I am already stressed out with this problem.

autoplay (without user interaction) of audio is restricted by all browser
with chrome, the browser decides whether autoplay is allowed, depending on the user and the domain where the website is located.

try in chrome the url
about://media-engagementhere you can see your personal score for autoplay in chrome (same in MS Edge)
with firefox and safari there are different rules for autoplay of audio
