Audio Not Playing

I have tried recording in RISE as well as uploading audio files and neither will play. The arrow displays but it never moves and no sound is played. I just recorded a video in SnagIt and up...

I duplicated a course in Rise 360 but the audio files are not playing. It's playing in the original course, but not in the duplicated one. How do you solve this? Thank you!
Hi Shaira! So sorry to hear that your audio files are not playing in the duplicate course. Did you publish the duplicate course to Review, or to your LMS?
