Audio Not Playing

I have tried recording in RISE as well as uploading audio files and neither will play. The arrow displays but it never moves and no sound is played. I just recorded a video in SnagIt and up...

You mentioned the audio blocks don't function after publishing the Rise 360 course. Did you publish for Web or LMS? Did you host the output on a web server or a learning management system before testing the audio blocks?
If not, try hosting the content on the web or on a LMS, and let me know if that makes a difference!
