Audio Stuck in Processing
Today I am having issues with my audio files uploading to Rise. They were uploading fine earlier this morning, but for the last few hours they have been stuck in Processing. They are very small mp3 files, and I have never had an issue before. I have tried in multiple courses, cleared my cache, etc. but nothing has helped.

Thanks for letting us know what's going on, Heather. We've identified an outage with one of our service providers that is causing intermittent errors when uploading content, like audio files. You can follow our status page for updates by clicking here. I'll also update you here once the situation is resolved. I'm sorry for the trouble!
