Audio won't play in Rise 360
I have recorded video and audio in Replay 360, then published to a video file as well as Review 360. When I upload the video file to Rise 360 the audio doesn't play. I have tried importing the audio and video to Replay as well as recording the audio and video in Replay with the same results. The audio plays in Replay and Review and it plays if I open the published mp4 files, but will not play once uploaded to Rise.

What was the resolution? Is this a persistent issue in Rise 360?

Deborah's issue appears to have just fixed itself.
Have you tried clearing your browser's cache yet and relaunching your browser? What about using a different supported browser?
Would you be willing to open a support case here and share your files with our support engineers for investigation?
