Background Audio doesn't play on the published video file

Hi Team,

I've added a background audio in my content, however, upon publishing the same as a video, the audio doesn't seem to work. Is there a workaround?

I'm happy to share that we have released a new update for Storyline 360 (Build 3.79.30834.0).

In this update, we have an enhancement where:

Background audio is now supported in the published video output.

As a first step, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:

I'm happy to help!

Some course elements won't appear when you publish a course to video and that includes the background audio of your course.

We currently have this feature logged as a Feature Request and I'll be sure to include your voice in the report so I can l update you here if the feature makes it onto our feature roadmap!
