Background music quirk in review 360
I have a module with background music. It plays perfectly and there is no issue with it, except when the learner pauses the slide in review 360. the background music doesn't stop.

Anyone else seen this.

Hi Ari_Avivi,
Thanks for sharing both the file and the Review 360 link, that helped a lot.
I tested both the Review 360 link and the Storyline file on my end and saw the same behavior in each case. When the slide is paused, the background audio continues playing. This is expected behavior with background audio right now, the player’s Pause control doesn’t automatically pause background music.
If you need tighter control, the workaround is to manage the background audio with triggers, for example, by adding Play, Pause, or Stop media triggers tied to specific user actions or slide events.
If you’d like to see this behavior change in the future, feel free to let us know how you’d expect the pause control to work with background audio, that kind of feedback helps inform what we look at next.
Appreciate you flagging this and sharing a sample, it made it much easier to confirm what’s going on.
Thanks for the reply. I am actually quite surprised that the pause button doesn't entirely pause the module. I have had more than one comment from a reviewer who mentioned it as an error when they stopped the module to write a comment and the music kept playing.
I hope you consider changing that behavior as part of your upgrade process of the review tool
