Background music to play continuous in Storyline 360
While creating multiple slides I tried adding a single audio file to be played in the background throughout the slides but couldn't find anything related to its background music.

I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 74, we've included important fixes and new features.
One of the new features we've included is:
- Create immersive experiences with continuous background audio that sets the tone and keeps learners engaged.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

if you have enabled "resume" for your course
the course can start on any page, so the programming must be able to handle it
if the course is running in an LMS, please note the resume function there as well

The fact Jurgen states is valid for all Javascript solutions... on resume the flow is not the same as on a regular start... so you have to take that into account when creating courses and using Javascript libraries.
