Base layer not showing

Hi There, I can't seem to work out why the base layer is not showing when I click on a layer. I had no issue with this when I was using Storyline 2, just seems to be an issue since upgrading to ...

Hi Wendy,

I have tried this, but it still doesn't resolve my issue.

    Hi Megan

    check out your file. Obviously during the upgrade it hasn't applied a layer layout so I applied the blank one and then hid some of the items on the base that were overlapping - you can change what you need but at least you can click each button and the layer appears.
